Yet another hldj problem

Post by MrAMPM » 17 Jul 2011, 00:33

1.I did EXACTLY the same thing as here: http://fm.myklol.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2694

2. This has NOTHING to do with converting.....I repeat NOTHING to do with converting because my main screen sounds of tfc started to sound slow some time ago....and also because I did EXACTLY the same thing as here: http://hldj.org/manual/images/convert_audio_format.gif

Image

3.The sounds sound in complete slow motion aka VERY slow ......and idk what to do cause all help topics in hldj.org were converting problems so idk what to do ........and help?

:?: :?:  :?: :?:

edit: i found 3 variables that could affect: directxsound/my laptop mic (the one i cant turn off) and my launch options but i found out they were not the cause

It is a converting problem, you didn't change it to 8kHz.

It won't play as TFC does not support that frequency.

Then it plays in slow-mo like you heard. 11kHz is for wavs you intend to play in games running on the source engine.

As for 32-bit versus 16-bit, does it work ingame? If it sounds like noise it really is 32-bit, could just be a weird readout.
